She is highly skilled in optimizing medication regimens, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, and providing patient education on complex therapies.
In addition to her clinical practice, Isabella is committed to advancing pharmacy education and research. She has participated in clinical trials, published research in prominent journals, and presented her findings at national pharmacy conferences. Christine Pan, PharmD
Christine Pan, PharmD, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut in 2015, graduating with distinction. During her time at UConn, Christine developed a keen interest in clinical pharmacy and patient-centered care, participating in advanced coursework in pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetics.
After completing her PharmD, Christine pursued specialized training through a residency program in infectious diseases pharmacy at Yale New Haven Hospital. This intensive program equipped her with advanced skills in antimicrobial stewardship, infectious disease management, and patient care in immunocompromised populations.
Christine’s professional journey has included roles as a clinical pharmacist at a major teaching hospital, where she played a pivotal role in the antimicrobial stewardship team, ensuring optimal antibiotic use and patient outcomes. She has also been involved in pharmacy education as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, guiding the next generation of pharmacists in clinical practice and research.
Committed to continuous learning and advancement in pharmacy practice, Christine has completed additional certifications in infectious diseases pharmacotherapy and is an active member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP). Sara has since held roles as a clinical pharmacist at a prominent healthcare system in Ann Arbor, where she focuses on optimizing medication regimens for ambulatory care patients. She is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through personalized pharmaceutical care and collaboration with healthcare teams.
In addition to her clinical practice, Sara is actively involved in pharmacy education and professional development. She serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, guiding them in clinical rotations and research projects.
